Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from Framelora Works LLC ("Framelora Works", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Framelora Works provides remote video editing and digital post-production services, including but not limited to:

Video editing for social media, YouTube, promotional, and corporate use
Color correction and color grading
Audio synchronization and sound design
Subtitles, captions, and translations
Motion graphics and transitions
Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be confirmed with full payment or agreed deposit before work begins. Prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Invoices are issued upon order confirmation.

4. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order. Timelines begin after receipt of all required project assets. Delays caused by incomplete or late asset delivery by the client may affect the agreed timeline. Rush delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

5. Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond the included revision limit will be quoted separately.

6. Client Responsibilities

Providing all necessary footage, assets, and creative direction on time
Ensuring you hold the rights to all submitted materials
Providing clear feedback within agreed timelines

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final edited deliverables. Framelora Works retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project start.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client materials and project details as confidential. We do not share client footage or project information with third parties without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Framelora Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

1. General Policy

Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of video editing and post-production services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced. We are committed to delivering high-quality results and will work diligently to meet your project requirements.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be issued if:

You cancel your order before work has started and before any project assets have been reviewed
We are unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end

A partial refund may be considered if:

Work has begun but the project is cancelled before delivery — the refund amount will reflect the portion of work not yet completed

3. No Refund Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Work has been fully completed and delivered
The client has approved the final deliverable
Revisions have been requested and fulfilled within the included revision scope
Delays or issues caused by the client (e.g., late asset delivery, unclear briefs, unresponsiveness)
Change of mind after work has commenced

4. Revision-First Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, we strongly encourage requesting a revision before initiating a refund claim. We include revision rounds in every project and are committed to achieving your vision within the agreed scope.

6. Chargebacks
